Cancellation policy & conditions
For all reservations, guests confirm that they have read and accepted the following conditions:
If the room is available, we ask you to send us a confirmation deposit equal to 50% of the total stay amount.
We will confirm your reservation by e-mail.
Regarding cancellation policy, for your no show or late communication we will charge the following penalty:
• The equivalent of the deposit if you cancel within 30 days prior to arrival date
• The full amount of your stay will be charged in case of earlier departure or no show
• The equivalent of the deposit will be returned only in case of Re-renting the room
